Second Semester World History
Welcome to second semester world history. This semester we will be exploring the Classical Revivals to the Modern World. It is so important that we understand the patterns of history as well as the actual events from history. By attaining this knowledge we are able to apply what we have learned and predict future possibilities as a social scientist and academic rather than being told what to believe and how to think. It is not history that repeats itself but rather the patterns of history. Knowing that information allows humankind to take charge of their own future. The following calendar is a guideline for the semester. For more detailed information go to the specific units and download the unit outline.
